Video and Photography Release

I hereby grant LeroyGBall.com permission to use photographs taken of me for the purpose of displaying on the LeroyGBall.com and/or https://www.youtube.com/@StoriesWiithLessonsHub, promotional materials and social media. I understand and agree that: The photographs may be edited, cropped, or otherwise altered as deemed necessary by LeroyGBall.com. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I waive any ownership or right to compensation arising from the use of the photographs. LeroyGBall.com has the right to transfer, assign, or sub-license the rights granted herein to third parties. LeroyGBall.com shall not be liable for any claim, demand, action, or cause of action arising out of the use of the photographs. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless LeroyGBall.com, its legal representatives, assigns, and all persons acting under its authority from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of the photographs, or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

I hereby grant LeroyGBall.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designees (collectively “LeroyGBall.com”) non-revocable permission to capture my image and likeness in videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that LeroyGBall.com will own such Images and further grant LeroyGBall.com permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to LeroyGBall.com business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, website images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by LeroyGBall.com prior to its use. I forever release and hold LeroyGBall.com harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity. I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name or, if I am less than eighteen years old, that my parent or guardian has signed this release form below. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assignees and personal representatives.
